Mini desserts are making their way as a new wedding trend and we are loving it! We, of course, love the traditional wedding cake but mini desserts are such a great way to bring variety and fun to your dessert table!
You can get creative with colors, flavors, or displays; like this Croquembouche (cream puff tower)! I think that a croquembouche adds an extra touch of sophistication to your reception.
Macarons are a top five mini dessert for us because they are not only delicious but they also provide stunning colors, an overall clean look, and there are so many different ways you can style them!
Pistachio anyone? You can try the Rosewater Ganache tarts with pistachio topping! If pistachio isn’t your thing, there are infinite flavors that you can incorporate into a mini tart. Some of our other favorites are s’mores, key lime, and apple crumble.
Mini cupcakes? Yes please! These bite-sized cakes are great because you can mix and match so many flavors, everyone is sure to have a favorite!
Just like mini tarts, dessert shooters are another way to add variety to your sweets table. You can deconstruct some of your favorite desserts like banana pudding, tiramisu, or Boston cream pie.
