I'm an island girl who is passionate about celebrating life's moments, both large and small. Hailing from the land of sun, sand, and sea, I'm happiest lounging on a beach. As the founder and lead designer at Sugar Euphoria, I get so much enjoyment from working with my clients to create beautiful and delicious creations. I am truly obsessed with my family, skincare, and white chocolate lattes (in that order). When I'm not working with my wonderful clients or teaching a course, you can catch me watching reruns of A Different World.

I took a ton of hobby classes at my local craft store and watched hours upon hours of YouTube videos. It was definitely a great introduction, but I knew that I needed to find a mentor.

So, I took a cake decorating course, and the rest was history. (j.k. there's more...)

Even as a young girl, I loved celebrating moments with my very, very, very large family. We gathered together for birthdays, graduations, weddings, and holidays, and it was my responsibility to bring the desserts. Then, I left The Bahamas, went off to college, and didn't bake for years! Randomly, the urge to bake hit me and all of a sudden I found myself dreaming of cake designs.

It's been 8 years, and I'm still so honored to be a part of people's special moments.

I've been blessed to work with some amazing couples and their families over the years. I absolutely love that my cakes and desserts are a part of so many legacies and I do not take that for granted!

After my mentorship, I came back to Raleigh ready to immerse myself in the world of tastings, cake sketches, and buttercream.
