As a born and raised Bahamian, I thrive off of warmth and sunshine. However, there are a few things about the cold winters of North Carolina that I’ve come to love – and naturally most all of them have to do with the popular flavors of the season. So while I’m not particularly thrilled about cold temperatures, I am more than excited about our winter flavors, as they are straight out of what I like to call a “Sweet Winter’s Dream”.

 

Chocolate and peppermint – a timeless combination. Our peppermint cupcake is chocolate cake with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream topped off with peppermint pieces.

 

 

Who doesn’t love eggnog during the holiday? Especially with a little rum? Our Eggnog cupcake is light and fluffy egg nog cake with spiced rum buttercream.

 

What is the holiday season without gingerbread. Our gingerbread cupcake is made of moist, spicy gingerbread cake topped with cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
