Like most of my Instagram feed, I’m pretty obsessed with unicorns.  If you checked out my Etsy shopping court, you’d find wall art, candle holders, and cake supplies featuring the magical creatures.  So when Melissa of Best Friends for Frosting approached me about creating a cake inspired by her daughter Claire’s flower crown unicorn rocking horse from Pottery Barn, I jumped at the chance!
