I’m not usually a sucker for sappy, romance movies.  The only romantic film that made me shed a tear was The Notebook and I definitely have no desire to watch it again.  I’m more of an action girl myself.  I mean, my favorite TV show of all time is Game of Thrones (I was hooked from the first beheading!).  I’m convinced that Jeffery thinks that something is wrong with me. Now that you know how much I love super gory TV shows and kind of loathe rom-coms, I’m sure you’d be surprised to find out that Rick and Lauren’s love story brought a tear to my eye.

Here’s why. 

The couple initially met in middle school and then again after college, but didn’t reconnect until after college as friends.  Despite the distance between them, their relationship grew into something beautiful.  Plus, the way Rick proposed was absolutely magical.  Do your sappy side a favor and read their story on MunaLuchi Bridal.   

Their cake was super glitzy with cascading rose petals.  It was the perfect addition to their glamorous wedding at the Renaissance Hotel in North Hill!  Elana Walker of Savoir-Faire Signature Events did a fabulous job with the decor and planning this fete.
