Where are you located?

Sugar Euphoria is located at 10123 Chapel Hill Road, Morrisville, NC. We are a bakery and custom-order cake boutique. We hold a license through the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and are licensed by the City of Morrisville. 

Can I schedule a tasting?

A $35 tasting fee is required to secure your consultation.  If you fail to keep your scheduled consultation date and do not notify us at least one week in advance of a time conflict or desire to cancel, your credit card will not be refunded. Our tastings are reserved for weddings or events serving more than 75 guests.


We suggest you call to book your appointment about 3-4 weeks before you would like to come in, and plan to come in about 5-10 months before your occasion.

How far in advance should I place a special occasion cake order?

Any special occasion cakes with basic designs or a photo example should be ordered at least 1 week before your event.

What should I bring with me to my consultation?

Color swatches, pictures that you may have seen in magazines or on the internet, invitations, flower choices from your florist, or any other details you have (even a fabric swatch) could help us immensely in understanding your taste and in the design process. Without these things it is very difficult to design a custom cake.

I live in [insert a place far away from Morrisville, nc] but my wedding will be in the triangle; can I still order a cake without meeting you?

Absolutely! We can do much of the design or consultation work via email (although a few phone calls can really help us to understand the look and feel that you are after). Plus, we may even be able to send you our cake jar favors so you can have your own remote tasting!

I will not know my final RSVP count until a few weeks before the wedding, so how will you know how large to make my cake?

Don’t worry! We know that RSVPs come in well AFTER you’ve come in for a consultation; we require your final guest count 14 days prior to the event and the final payment 14 days prior to the event. This way you’re not left with too little cake or way too much cake!

Do you deliver and set-up?

Deliveries outside of a 30 mile radius from the bakery start at $50.  Pickup from the bakery is always welcome, but you must call to arrange a pickup time 24 hours in advance of your arrival. Our dessert set-ups start at $30 and include arranging the mini desserts onto existing cake stands or ones you’ve opted to rent from us. You can leave dessert name displays, props, and florals out that you’d like us to incorporate and set up as well!  

Can I rent cake stands?

Yes, our cake stands are definitely available for rent! They range from $10 – $50 per stand. You can choose to have us return to pick them up at an additional charge, or you can return it to us within three business days. We keep a credit card on file to secure a rental order and to ensure that they will be returned in original condition.

Is there any sort of guarantee?

We promise to do everything in our power to deliver you a cake that exceeds your expectations. We will work with you on every level to make sure you are completely satisfied and happy with your cake.  In the event of an emergency or error in your cake delivery, please contact us immediately so we can fix the issue right away! If you are unhappy with your cake for any reason, please call us the day of your event and explain the situation. If by some extremely rare chance your dissatisfaction is such that you’d just prefer a refund, you must contact us within two hours from the time you received it (despite whether it was delivered or picked up), in order to arrange for the full cake to be returned. Without proof that you are indeed unhappy with the product and will not be using it for your event, we will be unable to refund any portion of your payment.
