Raleigh Wedding Cakes

Looking for a wedding cake or dessert bar that's delicious, on-trend, and beautiful? Sugar Euphoria is a wedding cake from  Raleigh, NC.  We service weddings throughout the local area, including  Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and  surrounding areas.  Sugar Euphoria is a professional wedding  cake design studio that has been a part of the  wedding industry for  3 years. We specialize in wedding cakes, pastries, and dessert bar items.    

Consultation & Tasting -  All tastings & consultations are held by appointment only.  The consultations typically last between 45 minutes to an hour.  Not only will you be able to try the flavors during the consultation, but you'll get to take some home to share with friends and family.  We'll also talk about your desired cake design or dessert spread. It is a $45 fee to schedule the appointment which will be credited towards your deposit if you decide to book with us.

Pricing - Your cake is one-of-a-kind and is designed to reflect your personality, theme, and decor.  This means we don't have a set price list.  However, our wedding cakes start at $6 per serving and there is a $600 minimum.  

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date and begin the cake design process. Full payment is due one (1) before your event. 

Wedding cake and dessert bar items are delivered for a fee of $60 within the Triangle.  We enjoy traveling and can make arrangements to deliver your sweets outside of Raleigh for a pre-arranged cost.  Set up of your cake and/or table is included in the delivery fee. If you choose to have someone pick up the cake, we strongly advise that they use a vehicle with a flat surface - such as an SUV or hatch-back - that is temperature controlled.  We will load the items into the car but we are not responsible for any accidents that occur to the cake during transportation by a non-Sugar Euphoria employee. 


Timeline - We highly suggest that you schedule your tasting/consultation at least 4 months before your wedding.  

We highly suggest that you bring your design inspiration with you - invitations, floral choices, fabric swatches, pictures, and color swatches.  This will help us understand the theme of the wedding and your individual taste, aiding in our design process.  We welcome details, both big and small.

Once we settle on a design, a retainer equaling 50% of your total invoice along with a signed contract is required to secure your wedding date and start the design process.  If deemed necessary, you will receive two complimentary sketches.  Approximately two months before your wedding, we will contact you to determine if any changes to serving size, flavor, or design need to be made.  Two weeks before your event, we will contact you to confirm your guest count.  At this time, your remaining payment is due. Additionally, we will confirm the logistics with your wedding planner, coordinator, or venue. 

Other Desserts -  We would be more than happy to create a bespoke dessert table for your special day.  You can choose any dessert from our menu, including cupcakes, macarons, and cake pops.  These treats can also be customized in a variety of ways to fit your theme.  If you wish, you can serve cupcakes or cake pops in lieu of a wedding cake, however there is a minimum order of 3 dozen.  A unique groom's cakes can also be added to your order of a wedding cake or dessert table. 

Rentals - We've curated a large assortment of cake stands for rent and our collection is continually growing. Prices range between $10 - $50.  A deposit is required and stands or other rental items not returned within 72 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit.

Flavors - We invite you to create your own wedding cake flavor from our cake menu and even our cupcake menu.  You can even add your favorite liqueur, such as Kahlua, Chambord, Frangelico, Amaretto, and more. However, here are a few of our favorite flavor combinations:

Summer Lovin' - lemon cake filled with vanilla bean buttercream and fresh strawberries or raspberries

Passion Flower - vanilla cake with passion fruit filling and coconut cream cheese frosting

Mint Julep - lime cake infused with a bourbon-mint syrup and bourbon buttercream

Nutty for You - pistachio cake with vanilla buttercream, bavarian cream and strawberry puree

The Bouquet - almond cake infused with rosewater extract and strawberry buttercream

Tiramisu Indulgence - butter cake with espresso syrup, amaretto-infused marscapone filling and vanilla bean buttercream

Champagne Toast - champagne-infused cake with peach compote and vanilla buttercream

Caramel Delight - vanilla or chocolate cake with salted caramel and brown sugar buttercream

Chocolate Trifecta - dark chocolate cake, with chocolate ganache and milk chocolate frosting
